I’m wondering if the S&P500, and the rest of the market for that matter, is in a bubble again. I don’t have the answers yet but my recent volatility models show that we are (were) overdue for a correction. Still though, my 10 & 30 year bond vs S&P500 model shows that we should have topped out around 1382 with a 10 Yr yield of 5.10%.
Just imagine the horror if the S&P500 sells off another 125 points?
