iShares MSCI Brazil Index - The Cynic In Me
The Brazil ETF (EWZ) is having a tremendous run that’s spanning several years now. Its rather amazing when you look at the chart and yes I missed this one along with the other RIC (Russia, India, and China) countries of the BRIC consortium.
The cynic in me can’t help but wonder when this BRIC cycle will come to an end? After all, all things come to an end and the smart money will migrate elsewhere. Right now the Wall Street talking heads are all clamoring now over the demise of the USD and how money will continue to flow into emerging markets. While that maybe true for the immediate future, I just wonder when it will be over.
If I was smart money, where would I be putting my money now?

The smart money will be in barrels and barrels of oil, because millions of new car owners in China.
I remember reading (here?) about a fund that only invests in companies that are IPOing and exits quickly after, but I forgot the name. Hmm, I wonder how far China’s stocks will go before the impending crash?
I love the new header font, it’s presidential.

Sherry, why so blue? Being long oil makes a lot of sense.
I wonder how high Chinese stocks will go too. I wonder how corrupt their financial system really is.
I’m glad you like the new look. Vote Ron Paul in 2008!
