Ron Paul Tea Party 2007

Random
Tomorrow, on the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party (12/16/1773), I will be making my third donation to the Ron Paul campaign. Ron’s the only candidate that I’ve given money to in all my voting years and he’s the only candidate running where I don’t have to choose between the “lesser of two (or more) evils.”
The goal is to raise $10 million tomorrow and I hope he blows the doors off it!
Update: Check out the money bomb graph comparing the donations from Nov 5th and today.

The biggest question in people’s minds right now is, “Is Ron Paul a contender?”

He’s getting the money, he has to win over Boobus Americanus now.

If RP hangs in, he could force a brokered convention.
I always liked the issues-based screener idea, but you have to watch to make sure they present the candidates’ stands correctly. Not all of them do. You also have to watch which issues are presented and how they’re weighted. A nice tool if examined.
The typical stupid american votes according to the cult of personality and their impression based on sound bites and rhetoric, without understanding either the issues, or the candidate’s stand on them. It would be funny, if I didn’t live in america.

This one is actually *accurate* on most positions.

@ Bill
Looking at that list, it looks like there’s negligible differences among the candidates except for Ron Paul, it boggles the mind.
The media had decided long ago to give RP zero coverage and not follow up on any of his positions, and the results so far confirms the fact that once again, it’s the media who’s the kingmaker.

“Vote for anyone, as long as I’m the one that counts the votes”
and
“Vote for your choice, as long as I can select who’s on the ballot”
Sound familiar?

The one thing that I hope comes out of RP’s Revolution is that more Americans wake up and realize our country was hijacked by the politicians.
I can only hope that more RP supporters will start running for seats in the House.
