Alright, I’m back

Alright I’m back from my hiatus.  I’ve been very busy and you’ll be seeing some changes to NMT over time as I implement my entrepreneurial ideas.  I expect to be pretty busy so posting will be intermittent.

What a crazy market its been, hasn’t it?  My timing model blew a nut yesterday and I believe this was the bottom but I can’t be certain till I see the volatility indicator go below 2.0, right now its at 2.7 after peaking at 3.5.

If I have time, I’ll record my next video tutorial this weekend (or tonight).  If you want it sooner then send me oodles of money via paypal.  :)

    Tom,

Do you ever use the operators MultivariateSeries2Window or SlidingWindowValidation?

Max, I haven’t used the SlidingWindowValidation yet but I’ve fooled around with the MultivariateSeries2Window operator. It’s awfully confusing and its hard to get this operator to read the data correctly IMHO.

    Tom,

Thanks for the quick reply. That’s actually the same impression I’ve been getting. I guess if you haven’t figured it out I’ll put it on the back burner. Seems like the extra inputs could really improve performance though if it were easier to use. By the way, the Paypal link doesn’t work.

    Regards,
    Max

The paypal link was meant as a joke. You can send me a ham sandwich instead! :)

    Tom,

What’s your address? Just kidding- but really I’d like to give something back since everyone’s always like “Tom, when’s the next video?” without offering anything. Anyway thanks again.

    Regards,
    Max
