I joked about being the "Terrible Tom" persona but the core message from Tom Wentworth's post is about organizational alignment.

The hard but important part is to not just aligning Sales and Marketing, but to align Customer Success and Product Development. Granted you can never be in 100% alignment across all these divisions but awareness of when you're drifting further away from alignment is really they key.
